Different tapes have different adhesive formulas. Ask a specialist at your area hospital who does teaching on things like colonostomy care, or perhaps a dermatologist online, which tapes they have found to be less reactive for the majority of population. Get at least three suggestions, since we are all different. There are also liquids available to put onto the skin *before* the tape is applied that can help decrease irritation.
