Guest guest Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Hi ladies, I have a client who continues to get plugged ducts, despite taking 1200mg of lecithin (capsules) 4 times a day. She had the same issue with her first child, but the lecithin seemed to help. She doesn't report an oversupply. Any ideas to stop them from reoccuring? Thank you!
