NO! tramadol is what caused my PSSD to become WAY WORSE and more permanent!!!It affects serotonin like an antidepressant....i took paxil, which reversed after i stopped, took ultracet (tramadol) and my PSSD got MUCH MUCH MUCH worse! I never took much anyway, and I didn't take it chronically for days on end, but what was left of my sex drive has now vanished. I'm hoping that as I never took much everything will eventually get back to the way it was. I'm on holiday so I think I am going to have to do a lot of cycling which might help speed up repair.
