Hi , I can hear my heart beat in my ears now too. I can't stand loud noises anymore too, it makes me physically ill. Loud noises make me dizzy and make my heart beat fast and then I get a headache and vertigo. I also have tinnitus (constant ringing in the ear). I just had the tinnitus on occasion during my first

withdrawal attempt, but then I went to a loud rock concert and my ears have been ringing non-stop since. I advise you stay away from loud noise and loud concerts so you don't ruin your life like I have.
