Guest guest
Hello all Handwritten medical notes: the patient is diabetic and has chronic kidney failure (stage 4) " actualmente nitro sustitutivo renal " . I'm guessing that it's " nitro sustitutivo " - this doctor's handwriting is better than her colleague's but still pretty confusing. Can anyone suggest anything more convincing?
