Guest guest
Dear , just woke up and read both your posts -- the one to me (which touched me deeply) and the dream about the baby. I can well see why you were disturbed by it -- what I would recommend you do (as soon as you have time during your day) is to interact with it -- paint it, talk to it, whatever medium comes most naturally to you -- and TALK TO THE BABY. I am assuming that the baby who fell out of the treetops is your own Magic Child or Animus or Inner Child or Divine Child, and YOU YOURSELF have the power to heal it. Ask it about the head injury. It may be something you have forgotten (not an injury but a memory -- it may surprise you, it may be something quite wonderful you had completely forgotten. I think the medics in your dream are being stupid SO THAT you can discover that you have powers to heal yourself and your Divine Child as he (or she) has the power to heal you. This may not be orthodox Jungery, I'm not sure -- but I have found in years of dream analysis that the Jungian approach was a positive one, that finding amplifications for dream images inevitably led to new assiciations and attitudes that were more hopeful and helpful. " Redreaming the dream, " which one of my analysts taught me to do, is one of the best of the dream techniques. If you're scared to go back into the dream, visualize someone safe with you, encouraging you and suggesting questions. THAT BABY IS ALIVE AND WELL, . OR IS ABOUT TO BE. You've got a lot of healing energy coming from this group, some of it conscious, some of it unconscious. Here's a hug for the baby. Pass it on. Tell me what happens when you do the active imagination. Carroll >Dear Fire-friends, >A dream(nightmare)....to show you how wrong i can be.......last night, >very disturbing.
