Guest guest
dear Tim this probably isnt much good-but i have hypothyroid and very catarrhal, lots of ent problems as child too, i did cut out milk/coffee for a very short while which helped and Iris versicolor also seemed beneficial but i'm afraid i'm one of those dreaded patients, can't stick to anything and i also smoke so not a very good example. Of the 3 patients i've had with hypothyroid and all have a history of heavy alcohol use in earlier life and glandular fever in teens if this is any help-but only one with catarrhal probs and she smoked and was still heavy on alcohol. If anyone else has any connections with hypothyroid i'd be interested. Didn't Trudy say something a while ago about catarrhal probs and hidden anger-might coincide with thyroid/alcohol/smoking-personality type/limbic sys etc. My theory is hyperthyroids try to keep going against all odds, hypothyroid opt out when the going gets tough-maybe as necessity Please let us know how it goes
