Guest guest
Has anyone here tried this? It has been given really good reviews for libido and ED issues on a number of different websites.......... including by some members on propeciahelp.com. It seems to work by hormonal pathways. That is not necessarily the root cause of our problem, but I definitely believe that it's a piece of the puzzle. http://www.primordialperformance.com/store/sustain_alpha-libido-booster.html Warren
Guest guest
The following story was copied from the propeciahelp website. However, as you'll see, the guy who described his experiences with Sustain Alpha was suffering from long-term side effects of Ecstasy. I just thought it was interesting, because I've always thought that our plight was closer related to that of (some) former Ecstasy users than to any other group. I'm not endorsing Sustain Alpha, but I think it may be worth a shot. Warren http://www.propeciahelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22 & t=1048 & start=60 Hi guys, I am a 28 year old guy who has never taken finasteride. So what the hell am I doing here? Well, I developed ongoing loss of libido subsequent to repeated use of MDMA (Ecstasy). I have always been a guy who required some stimulation to keep it up - I can't just sit there and stay hard - and my morning wood was always inconsistent. After MDMA use, my morning wood was nonexistent and my libido dropped sharply. Even after two or three days abstinence, having sex would frequently still be really difficult as it would be a real struggle to stay turned on. It's hard to describe but often I would be fighting to stay on this thin line between getting too much stimulation and coming, and getting too little and suddenly having the bottom drop out of my arousal. In short, getting turned on was like trying to make a fire with wet wood - it's possible, but it probably needs some gasoline and you have to watch it like a hawk to make sure it doesn't go out. So I was using the past tense in that paragraph above... this has been going on for something like 3 years and I'm not 100% sure I'm out of the woods yet. But I have found something that I am sure is making a big difference and that brings me to why I'm here on Big Softie's thread in this forum. While googling for help with libido, as I've done about 800 times, I happened upon Big Softie's suggestion for dermacrine sustain. My interest was piqued when he mentioned that he had about 500 unfinished bottles of every possible supplement. I'm in the same boat. (While I'm here, some supplements I had limited success with are magnesium, vitamin E and a herb called mucuna pruriens which contains L-Dopa). I read about the product and it sounded promising, so I ordered a bottle and am currently halfway through it. Libido is up, erections are much easier, my interest in girls has been revived and orgasm intensity is through the roof - basically everything Big Softie described. I can't say for sure this is all down to the Sustain as I've just started a good exercise routine as well, but from my experience with exercise in the past I seriously doubt it is responsible for all this improvement. The funny thing is that I may have been barking up the wrong tree for ages - my assumption was that MDMA had damaged my brain and that therefore the problem was some neurotransmitter imbalance. This was reinforced by some simple blood work I had done early on, where my total T came out in the " High " range. (Unfortunately I don't remember things like free T as I didn't know what I was talking about at the time). All the supplements I tried had the aim of, e.g., increasing brain dopamine. Now, I can't be sure that that isn't in fact the underlying problem. The lesson I take away from this is that a libido problem with ANY underlying cause can probably at least partially be treated by improving hormone profile. Who knows - my problem may have been related to stress and therefore a cortisol-dominant profile. In any case, there's simply no reason NOT to give your hormone profile a little nudge. What I like about Sustain is that it works by ramping up LH and FSH, rather than trying to mess with androgens directly, something that can easily lead to trouble, as you guys are only too aware. Anyway, that's my story. I hope my improvement continues. I am very optimistic for the first time in ages and I am actually looking forward with confidence to dating a girl I met recently, rather than dreading the trial of the first time we go to bed together, where I have to pray to God my dick decides to work properly that day. I know how horribly stressful it is being a young guy and having your sexual abilities taken away, so I hope all you finasteride users reading this solve your problems. In some ways I had more cause to be pessimistic, since I suspected my problems were related to permanent brain damage. The problems all you guys are having are almost certainly related to some kind of imbalance in the body, rather than to actual toxic damage. That means it's reversible. So stay optimistic - and give Sustain Alpha a shot. > > My question is that this product helps production of testestrone in the body. But what if the problem is not lack of testestrone? would it work the same? >  >  >  > Adil >  > > > To: SSRIsex > Sent: Sunday, February 26, 2012 12:42 AM > Subject: Sustain Alpha > > >  > Has anyone here tried this?
