Guest guest
That is an infected montgomery gland. It is full of blood and pus. It can be quite painful since it is under pressure. Have her wait until the baby's last feeding before a long sleep period, then take a sterilized needle and pop it. The flow of blood and pus will instantly relieve the pain. Have her put neosporin on the puncture site and cover with a bandaid if bleeding. it will probably be scabbed by the time baby feeds again.
