Christmas Lunch - to everyone

Hi everyone

It has been suggested to me that I am giving you all a too long a time

frame to make up your minds about where and when we have our Christmas

lunch. So I am going to shorten the time frames up alot.

Now:

No. 1 I want ideas and dates by Sunday 21 May.

No. 2 I will then put all suggestions and dates in the yahoo polls for a

week - Sunday 27 May

No. 3 It will then be a majority rules decision on the place and time -

so you will all have your chance to vote and have your say. No

correspondence will be entered into. LOL

We so far have 3 suggestions:

Cherie - The quay approx price $20-$25 mains $7 desserts

Rose - A hall and we cater our selves - no pricing on this one.

- has generously offered her home again with us bringing A (1)

plate of food each.

So please if you have any suggestion can you please get them to me ASAP

and also if you could get a costing similar to want Cherie has done that

would be fantastic.
