sudden heavy, hot sensations in breasts in 22 week pregnant woman

PTP- mom is 22 weeks pregnant with second child. Twice over the past few days

she's experienced a sudden heavy, engorged, hot feeling in her breasts. Both

breasts get hot to touch, and then turn bluish. Sensation is centered around the

nipple and areola, and nipples tingle all the time. She will be checked by MD on

Monday to make sure nothing's wrong.

Assuming everything checks out OK, I'm thinking this might be some variant of

vasospasm/Raynaud's (no history of this). But I don't have a ton of experience

with breast changes during pregnancy- Does this sound familiar? Any other

thoughts?
