What do you mean by castor oil packs?

Dear Benn,

As promised I will have a go! Regarding Gilbert's I have never been

successful,

but remission time has been longer.I do use Carduus, but as you know I

make

my own, I find it works better from making it from the powdered seeds,

rather

than the whole seeds, my carduus comes out as a thick beige tincture,

and there

is a covering of oil.

Difficult one here, firstly I would place her on a cleansing diet, no

coffee,

tea, chocolate, dairy, animal fat and red meat,

and suggest a diet high in fruit and vegetables, with fish and

chicken,organic

where possible.

For the fibroids and polycystic ovaries, I would suggest castor oil

packs or

Green Clay packs, (Green clay obtainable from the Nutri-centre in

London), let

me know if you would like more info. Both very messy but effective.

Herbal tinctures - Trillium, Hydrastis both small amounts, Yes I know we

are

not encouraged to use these herbs, but they work wonderfully with

menorrhagia.Viburnum

op and Viburnum prun.,

Aletris and Collonsonia. Prehaps you could make up a heavy bleeding

formula,

to take during the period.

Seagreens wild Seaweed food capsules, have a wide range of vitamins and

minerals,

may be worth considering, again I can send you more info if required.

If you would like to try my Carduus, I can send you some, hope this will

help

you. Good luck Tina.
