FWIW, the doctor's entry on time of birth doesn't mean a thing. He probably

sent it in several days later, and simply entered in a time because it was

required. Trust me! In fact, he may have forgotten the time. But your

mother would have been accurate. If the average mother knows the night when

her baby was conceived, she knows when he/she was born.
