That is an interesting link. Thought I had seen all the Mayo Clinic had to

say about cirrhosis. I was surprised by the last part, the alternative

treatment section. They don't say to stay away from milk thistle. I had

been told to only do what my doctor said when I asked about it, and I know

others have been told the same thing to the point of being told a dr. won't

treat them if they do use alternative treatments. I am going to ask about
