Hi Ghazaleh & everyone. I thought I'd share what I see in this. As you

suggest maybe it's my projection :-) & do not take any notice if it

feels wrong. I will include your dream first ..

> Unlike my usual habit of reading before going to sleep, I found

myself laying

> Edinger and Diane Cordic (his female companion) are

house-guests

> to include coffee which I like to have in the morning. But I decide

> " purify " the coffee pot by running it through once with vinegar and

water.

> While this is going on, Diane informs me that Edinger would like to

have warm

> milk mixed with plain yogurt. What an odd combination, I thought!

Because

> milk is usually sweet and plain yogurt is sour. You can drink milk

while hot.

> But yogurt is always taken cold. After puzzling somewhat, I conclude

that

> they both have a main thing in common: They are both dairy products!

> proceed to heat up some milk and take the yogurt out of the frig to

make him

> what he wanted, without asking any questions. However, I'm now

puzzled at how

> off I was, trying to purify the coffee pot to make him coffee. (In

> coffee in the morning. Eventhough I also like sour yogurt and heated

> but separately!) But Edinger didn't need coffee after all. What he

needed was

> what I could not imagine in my wildest imagination, but had the

Well first of all it speaks to me of combining opposite genders which

are both available to you in the dream in Edinger & his female

companion. Could they be aspects of yourself? I guess I have been

taught to think of dreams in that way so will use these terms but if

it feels yukky don't take it on board.

So perhaps the feminine aspect of yourself feels more available to you

in this dream & so passes onto you an unusual message from a highly

learned aspect of Self, as represented by Edinger whom I presume you

admire & look up to.

By thinking how to clean the coffee pot it seems you want to have a

pure pristine vessel for brewing beautiful nourishment for your

visitors ( & self) to honour them.

Our conscious mind often thinks it knows best how to keep things clean

& in harmony but it usualy only can see one side as it is dualistic &

disects what Is, & can't help doing so even though we do our best not

to. It is it's nature.

Now the feminine messenger between these two aspects of yourself

passes a special message to you & it is a surprising one.

Edinger advises you to combine ingredients you'd never think to.

It maybe confounds the rational mind, yet you sense the common Source

of these .. what some would term conflicting flavours. You see they

all are Dairy so are the same in one way, yet so different in others &

you'd never think to combine them.

I guess it seems to me that the combining of opposites is offered to

you as a way to please your learned mirror in Edinger.
