thrush -lemon water or vinegar

What, in your experience, is most effective at eliminating thrush from baby's

mouth, when mom is being treated simultaneously, especially if mom would like to

avoid drugs and gentian violet. Moms mention swabbing baby's mouth with the

juice of a lemon, I'm wondering if apple cider vinegar is more effective.
