I have been meaning to chime in on this topic, but have not made the time. It has really touched me and I want to tell each of you how much I appreciate the honesty behind everyone's post. It is painful and it is awful to be obese.and thank you for the paula cole song... I am downloading it from iTunes if they have it.hugsLindy
