Guest guest
Congrats !I have been in private practice 20 plus years now and have gone back and forth with how to carry all the "stuff". I recently purchase a neat little rolling bag with a lovely handle and nice size storage capacity. I only take what I might need for that visit. I also carry my old bag in my car with the extra stuff. I got the bag fromWalmart for $19.00. Take a peek at your local WM.Take care and great luck!!Vicki CarlsonCoastal Breastfeeding ServiceOak Island, NC To: From: lindajeen@...Date: Fri, 23 Mar 2012 14:15:54 +0000Subject: So how do you carry it all? After getting IBCLC-certified in 2009, I'm finally getting ready to open my doors as a PPLC. (Yippee! My kids are finally old enough for me to pursue this!) So I've been reading all your insightful emails and researching what supplies to have on hand in my "supply bag." I think I have a good grasp on *what* supplies to bring. But my question now is: *how* do I carry it all? What do you use? Does anyone use a compartmentalized medical bag? Rolling cart? Duffel bag? What works for you to transport all your supplies to your clients' homes? Thanks! Peirce
Guest guest
Thanks, all, for your input. I’m going with a Land’s End zippered tote for now. I might change to something else down the road, but I think this will get me started. J About one more week and I’ll turn on my “Open for business” sign!
