In my humble opinion, it seems as if you might want a

second opinion regarding the medications. I haven't

seen any research that supports that regime for

PDD/ADHD. Some MD's may tend to overprescribe. My

HF/PDD-NOS and ADHD son has tried (starting at

5yrs)Ritalin(too much rebound), Dexedrine (similar),

Tenex (ok while young, but doesn't help with focusing)

and now adderall-10mg am and 5mg after three hours and

another 5 mg after another 3 hours. It runs out at 3

1/2 hours for him. but a whole 10mg dose isn't

necessary. Prescribed by a pediatric neurologist.
