another memory - in my lamaze classes, I remember her offering a class on breast feeding and me telling myself, why would I need that, just do what comes naturally!!! I realize some of my suggestions below had to do with after baby comes, not issues of pregnancy, and I remember always reading up on things that had to do with exactly what I'd be going through at that moment, so don't know exactly how your seminar is being organized, but if mothers-to-be aren't ready to focus on after birth issues, then perhaps offer follow-up seminars. Our Lamaze class had a reunion after all the babies were born, was so interesting, all the nursing moms were sitting on one half of the room and the bottle feeding moms on the other side (I sat in the middle, wouldn't you know it - guess because at that time was too afraid to nurse in "public" which I got much more brave and adept at with time - I remember going to the bathroom to nurse in the stall, and in the

stall next to me was our teacher and boy, she gave me her very strong feelings, no reason to hide nursing!!!!! I learned how to modestly nurse, even discovered those nursring kinds of clothes!!) Also our teacher had everyone write up a birthing report, which she offered future classes to read - and we read past reports, an excellent eye opener to realize every single birth will be different. Thank you for sharing, and helping. It was a very beautiful and personal story to share.

I wish I could touch on them all, but I have a limited time frame and have to cover the nutrition and exercise portions first.

Many of those other things that both you and Klara have mentioned are often discussed in our mom's group. I'll invite those at the seminars to attend the mom's groups for more information.

Klara very good points. Sin, do you want to touch those subjects? "Alternative child rearing"? Klara, 's used to me with my cloth diaper (oh, yet another thing you can mention), family bed, still nursing, no vacc, no tv (till Bruce ruined it),no sugar 3.5 y/oI never minded ppl touching my belly unless they were creepy but I loved being pregnant I loved having my clothes tight to see the belly or the belly sticking out. My mother went nuts anytime I had it "out" oh well.................A woman's body is beautiful when carrying a baby insidePeace,Reg> >> > > > > > Hello Group!> > Below I've posted some of the topics for a seminar I'm giving in > > less than a month.
