Guest guest
I would like to extend a hearty welcome to all of the recent additions to our group. My heart goes out to the person who lost their mother to this terrible disease. The liver is one of the most vital organs in the body, performing over 500 functions and produces over 1000 important enzymes daily. A person would only live about 24 hours without a liver. This group is comprised of many caring people, among our numbers are liver disease sufferers, caretakers, transplant candidates, as well as transplant recipients. Our moderators are MaC, Pamela, and myself. Please feel free to ask any questions, and to use our growing photo gallery. It is a real joy to actually look upon our new friends, and to put faces to the names. Love, Bobby, moderator, livercirrhosissupportyahoogroups.
