Friends -

At the coop the other day I say a tincture bottle of what was called

some thing like 'Neti Deluxe' and it was said to be an ayruvedic

concoction that made your neti experience better than ever. The

little tincture bottle cost something like $24.95, so I passed on it.

(I think that ll tinctures over $6 are a rip off, although I have

come to pay $10 for the better brands - -still feeling ripped off.)

Anyway, I'm sorry if I came in late, but I see that others are mixing

goldenseal in their neti wash. What is the rate on this (how many

drops of WHAT?) and are other people using other things?

I have to admit that using a neti pot gives me a sort of 'post nasal'

feeling for a long time afterwords and I often feel that I've

retained some liquid IN MY FOREHEAD. (Anyone else feel this way?)

Yes, I do! It's why I don't use it regularly, but

only when I'm feeling nasally or have been in contact

with someone with a cold and want to prevent illness.
