Jo, I am copying and pasting this site into my address bar but it does

not come up. Wonder what's up? Anyone else have trouble with it?

BTW, Heidi, can you describe again for me how you use the neti pot.

What you put in it and how you position your head. I am so bad at

organizing info I try to keep from this list and others. This year I

WILL learn how to do that better! But for now...

I just ordered that stainless steel neti pot with video. Takes 5 days

to get it so I am going to get the ceramic one at the HFS for right now.

Personally, after reading this, I wouldn't bother with

spending money on a video as the instructions for

making the solution and using it are very clear and

concise

I don't know why I could not access without your clickable link!

Anyway thanks. I think I still want the video as this site gives some

diagrams but not what I want to see. I am real skiddish of this LOL!

Just lean forward and tilt your head sideways. If you don't

lean forward enough, it goes down your throat, so you'll

learn fast! I think there is a picture on the site with the

steel pot.

I use warm water, with 1 tsp. of soda/salt mix, and a

little kefir whey. I'm not sure about the kefir whey ...

that's one of my experiments in probiotics. They

say to boil the water first, and keep it in the fridge,

then warm it up when you are ready to use it. Which,

technically, is a good idea so you don't put bugs from

the water supply up your nose ... but, I haven't been

doing that either, just using warm water from the tap.

Which may NOT be a good idea, mind you, all kinds

of stuff grows in the pipes.
