Umm... remember " neti pot " ? :-))

I've been on a neti pot kick. I just love the idea, and have been getting

family members to do it and giving my pot away, hehe, so I have to order a

few more. I saw a wonderful instructional CD that can be bought from

www.healthandyoga.com along with a stainless steel neti pot. A picture's

worth a thousand words.. I wasn't ready to do it until I saw the

demonstration, and now of course I've given my pot away :-)

My father came over, sat down in the kitchen and asked me what he should do

for this post-nasal drip he's been having. The neti pot I had just unpacked

was right there on the kitchen counter, so the pot and the CD went home

with him.. must call today to see how he made out.

Oh yes, I remember reading all about the neti pot. Heidi has told us

all about it. Like you, I am a little scare to put liquid up my nose!

But, respect all the good comments from everyone here so yes, I do

want to get one and try it (wish I had one right now). I mentioned to

him about the neti pot this morning and he said " no " . But I just read

him your post and he said he would try it! So I am going to order that

video and neti pot (maybe i will call around to the HFS's first and

see what they have). Think I better order more than one?
