Guest guest
Wanita, I also tried the garlic oil but my daughter had a fit about Tanner smelling so bad - he reeked horribly. I found the raw garlic was cheaper and reeked less. One time brought him over with ear infection in both ears and went out to buy the ear drops prescribed by the doctor with the admonition to me " Mom, don't put garlic in his ears. " Well I'm a real sneak when I have to be so I got raw garlic in one of his ears before I heard her at the door. She put drops in both of his ears, and 5 minutes later the one with the garlic was not red anymore and he stopped pulling on it, but the other one stayed red, inflamed and was painful for hours. In the meantime she allowed me to apply the heat of a light bulb to his other little ear, which also helps. Don't you think that's a good example of a scientifically controlled study? Guest guest
Del, the garlic should be crushed to release it's goodies. Cut it on all sides into a cube, then put it in the ear. Every time I used it, it only required one application, period. Are his ears full of wax and can't be penetrated? LOL! I can't explain why he has no effect.
