My favorite pork is pork steak. Nice and fatty and seasoned with salt,

pepper and sage. Fry till crisp, not burned, on at least one side and still

moist in the center.

i don't have much time today, so here's the short version:

pastured pork with lots of sunshine fed good organic food of which

high-quality organic grain including flax meal may be some supplimental

part is good.

or, more in line with the theme for today:

if

pork == pastured organic sunshine happy

then

pork == good

else

avoid pork
