For the most part, I really dont know. She is confused alot and sleeps all the

time. The fatigue has taken over... She is not who she used to be, and thats the

sad part about it. I am confused alot about this illness.... and for the most

part, it really hurts seeing her go through all of this.

MaC has a very accurate point. ANYONE who has decompensated liver disease should

be evaluated for a liver transplant at a transplant hospital. The final decision

is made by the transplant team. No other doctor or health care professional has

the authority to make this decision.

My heart goes out to you. It's a tough disease to watch someone go through.

Has she been evaluated for a liver transplant?
