Guest guest
The latest installment in my ongoing series of occasional unimportant questions that nobody else asks: Recently I had real buttermilk for the first time, right out of the butter churner at a local farm, raw of course. Quite a different flavor, very delicious. However, I was shocked that it was a solid brown color, unabashedly brown. The butter was the normal yellow of pastured cows. ???????
