Guest guest Posted June 10, 2012 Report Share Posted June 10, 2012 Hi Everyone I took Synthroid well I was on half of the Lowest dose of luvox, and apparently Synthroid increases the effects of SSRIs , and some stupid docters may use Synthroid for that. What I don't get is why docters pescribe synthroid if patients don't have hypothyrodism. I am still on 0.1 mgs of Synthroid and wonder if staying on synthroid is holding the mechanism of action in which the SSRIs worked in my brain. I have been of Luvox for over 3 years however I wonder if the synthroid may be causing sexual side effects because it's keeping an on going chemical effect in the brain.
