I realize there are some issues with raw pig foods, but for other

animals like cow and deer, I can highly recommend eating kidneys

fresh with no soaking or cooking. We had a thread on kidney-eating

aesthetics a few months back, but no references to pig kidneys. For

anyone interested, here's a link to an old post somewhere in the

middle of that thread.
