Guest guest
Hi , Have you tried 1 Tablespoon raw vinegar and 1 teaspoon raw honey in a glass of water with your meals? For some people this is enough acid. There is a solution to your digestive problems, but it will take some more trial and error and perhaps a person with the knowledge to help you figure it all out. It will happen. With your determination it is bound to happen. My source for names of fine osteopaths lives in Brookline MA, so he knows fine DO's in NYC. Let me know if you want me to ask? If dairy and eggs are creating these problems which were probably caused by other foods, then it may be necessary to cut them out while you heal. It may be your problems will never improve while you're eating foods that exacerbate them. However, cut them out for a few months, give your body chance to get better, then gradually reintrouce them. Just a thought... Jo ________________________________________________________________________ Messenger - Communicate instantly... " Ping " your friends today! Guest guest
Hi ... I agree with Joanne. I have cut out all protein foods and replaced them with an elemental amino acid product. Ideal, no, but I am already seeing signs of healing after just a couple days. My program is three weeks on three weeks off until I'm all unholey again. These kinds of problems usually heal quickly once given the chance to rest from irritants, ad in my experience after a few months the body " forgets " (stops reacting to) foods which were at one point allergens. You may have to take a while off, then introduce them in a rotation until you can have them regularly again. I did this with almonds and it worked very well. You may need to add some lard or coconut oil, or some fatty fruits like olives or avocado to help with dietary fat issues. Certain fish have more fat than others. What is your requirement for them? I know when carbs are low, as in my diet as well, the fat needs to be very high to compensate. Guest guest
>Unfortunately, it appears to be an unknown whether stomach acid production can ever be restored. > , I don't seem to need HCl at all now. I was getting fermented, undigested bowel movements for months last year. They normalised when I took HCl. Then we went away and I didn't bother with it, but it was fine and so when we came back I decided to continue without it. It has continued to be fine so I'm assuming that my stomach acid production has improved. I don't think this would be the case for everyone though and I can't guarantee that low stomach acid was what was causing my BMs to be undigested. - Filippa
