What are you looking for specifically? There really isn't very MUCH to the diet. The book talks a lot about the philosophy, and a bit about what foods are better and why, but the core is just too simple. The basics are to do most of your eating in the evening, in a 4-hour window ... and adjust the actual food to your needs. During the day, eat raw fruits and vegies and up to 4 oz of meat (though he sometimes eats more meat than that). Evening, eat a salad, then protein, then your starches, if you are trying to lose weight. Avoid sugar. Eat real food. -- Heidi
Guest guest
Allan, Since you know about www.warriordiet.com, you could try www.dragondoor.com and go to the nutrition forum. They discuss other things but there are people there who are on WD and you could start or jump into some discussions there. That's all I know of. >Folks - > >I've clearly come in late. > >Can someone point me to the best place or places on the net to get up >to date on the Warrior diet? > >Thanks -Allan > > >
