Flop/ firm up/ shed fat cycle

I guess everyone knows there is a cycle of the fat goes flop into

flab, then firms up then the weight drops a tiny biit. used to take me

around 10 days.

Well this is happening faster going round the cycle more like a wek

now. Does anyone recognise this speed up?

Hmmmm. I've noticed feeling fatter or flabbier some days, then feeling

pretty good, less flabby others, while not really losing or gaining any

weight during the period. But I've never noticed a regular cycle.

If you do have a weekly cycle like this, could it be attributable to

your weekly schedule? Say, getting more excercise and having more time

to prepare and eat good meals on the weekend, then getting into a rut

during the week?

For me, I'd imagine it's attributable mostly to two things: fluid

gain/loss and psychology. If I'm eating and excercising well, I feel

better and have a better self-image. Eat poorly and sit around and the

opposite happens.
