Guest guest Posted January 12, 2004 Report Share Posted January 12, 2004 hey, jafa - in this situation, i'd recommend the book How to Talk so Kids Will Listen and How to Listen so Kids Will Talk, by farber and mazlish. it's really a spectacular book that i completely and totally couldn't live without. it's a pretty quick read and it gives you real tools to deal with this type of situation. honestly, go out and get it!!! you'll be sooo relieved!
