My doctor explained to me that cranio-sacral (thanks for the spelling correction - I've not often seen it in writing) therapy really only makes up a small facet of osteopathy. That's how she put it to me. I've been treated by both and, to me, the treatments I received were very similar. However, I can only speak to the treatments I've received for my specific issues. My ex received all of his training from Upledger and his classes had several other massage therapists in attendance in addition to chiropractors. I guess since Upledger himself is an osteopath, it muddied my thought process a bit, too. Sorry for associating these too closely - I'm just a layman.
