this is really random, but just came across this and figured some

might be interested, especially since NT advises against pressure

cookers. personally, the thought of using anything beyond a simple

pot on my stove for my minimal cooking needs (making stock and

steaming veggies) is kind of foreign and bizarre, so I can't really
