Hurting your mates

Well crap where do I start. Some of you will already be aware that

there has been a few hassles happening around the list, well that is

actually a minimisation of what has been going on.

Sadly people close to all of us have been hurt these past couple of

days and it really isd time to sit back and wonder what we do to

each other.

I am not as pure as the driven snow and I admit that I have said

things to people in confidence over the years that I hoped would

never be revealed to the person in question. But alas, we do do

these things from time and sometimes those sorts of things have a

way of getting back to the person spoken about.

The point of being part of a group like this is just that. We are a

group and if one thing is said to another in confidence it should be

left that way. But sometimes with all good intentions we do things

that we will later regret.

The pink cuddly cushions is still there and we have to rememeber

that sometimes we are found to be in a group where some of us aren't

the best of mates, but that doesn't mean that they are not a part of

that group.

I know I am probably not making a lot of sense here but it will make

sense to the people who have been hurt and are continuing to be hurt.

We are all here for one reason and that is " weight loss " , that's how

we met and became friends in the first place. Wre are here because

we want to be, not like we were at school or work and didn't have a

choice.

I don't know how to take the hurt away from my friends but I do want

everyone to know that I appreciate knowing all of you, even if I

don't make the best of buddies with all of you. I am guilty

sometimes of not being tolerant but it doesn't mean that I don't

care.

Please my friend...think about how much you have done for everyone

and how much you are appreciated and cared about before you take

your leave. Regardless of what you have heard, there is far more

good things said than small stuff.

I for one will be a lesser person if you go. Please reconsider.
