Hmmm...beg to differ. At least for me I am getting just as many carbs as

your average SAD'er, albeit better carbs, although your statement is

probably true for many WD'ers. I on the other hand take the idea of a

nighly *feast* quite seriously, LOL!

Do you have a rough idea how many grams of carbs you're eating, as well as

how many grams of protein and fat? On a per-calorie basis I don't see how

someone who's supposed to basically fill up on meat and fat and only then

have carbs could eat as high-carb a diet as people eating a low-fat diet,

or a refined-carb-and-bad-fat diet, but I'd be curious to hear.
