Wow, I guess you do have a mountain of email to get through! When was that

from??? lol!

Anyway, what edition do you have? Mine is the Revised Second Edition. I

agree with you by what *your* book says, but, my edition does not read that

way.

" Whole milk AND cultured dairy products " is clearly referring to two

categories of product, not one. I believe mine is the latest, so it appears

she

revised the categorization slightly.

but i only did the milk fast for a week. if you're using high quality milk,

and are digesting it OK, you might expect to have more significant results

:-)

----->healing. whatever's ailing you. have you read about the " milk cure " ?

according to j.d. crewe the MD who wrote the milk cure, he was able to cure

a variety of diseases with a milk fast, accompanined by bed rest and enemas.

and another md reported that he reversed thyroid disorders in 3 patients

with a milk fast. but i think they all did it for months, not days, and with

top quality raw milk.

i started getting feverish on day 6. michael did it for well over a month

and i believe he experienced more significant cleansing reactions.

hey panama bob, any chance you could bottom post? i have to keep re-ordering

our lines of communication so it's easy to follow. thanks :-)

Sorry to be upside down...I'll remember for later.

The protocol for the milk cure normally calls for a 4 week duration,

minimum. If you suffer from constipation, which some do, then it allows

for certain things to be added in order to overcome the problem.
