When was that from??? lol! Anyway, what edition do you have? Mine is the Revised Second Edition. I agree with you by what *your* book says, but, my edition does not read that way. " Whole milk AND cultured dairy products " is clearly referring to two categories of product, not one. I believe mine is the latest, so it appears she revised the categorization slightly.
