Guest guest
heehee! so true! this is normally not a problem for me, just hit me totally out of the blue. my girlfriend suggested that my magnesium was out of whack when she noticed that most of what i was craving was chocolatey. so i ate some magnesium-y foods and i'm feeling much better. Guest guest
Katja, Avocado and or coconut oil should take care of the cravings or just a piece of organic 70% cocoa chocolate. Too rich and bitter for more. This cold weather takes a lot of energy to just function in and it can throw you off. > except that all i want to eat today is peach pie. and chocolate crullers. > and carrot cake and chocolate milk and ben and jerry's cherry garcia and > fudgey-chewy brownies and german-chocolate-cheesecake from the cheesecake > factory. and chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies and apple > pie with chocolate ice cream and ... > Wanita

This is a side effect of losing the sweet tooth - but it beats pigging out on apple pie and Sara Lee chocolate cake and fluffy white loaves (all non NT!) Guest guest
I agree! When I was pregnant I ate two of those one day! Something I'm definitely not proud of, . Some days, chocolate is like sex (at least for some of us), you just gotta have it! <bweg> > > >> and german-chocolate-cheesecake from the cheesecake >> factory. Gotta admit, nothing like ending a warrior diet meal with a piece of cheesecake. YUMMY!!! Guest guest
Maybe its the bitterness along with intense chocolate that stops me. In my sweets loving days could outeat just about anyone I know. Wanita > >Not necessarily! I have eaten a whole bar (100g) in > >half a day on several ocacsions. I could easily eat several bars of it, if I could afford to and if I found some without refined sugar. I don't watch my total sugar or carbs too much on the WD, so if I make my own ice cream with maple syrup and raw honey, I don't mind eating a quart or two.
