Guest guest
Dietary issues could be beyond these and include gluten, nuts, corn. Also maybe mom's letdown is not occurring fast enough for baby so he's trying to get it going. She could try using RPS before and mid feeds and add Nettles in capsule or tea to improve letdown. This could be why she's not getting anything from pumping. Also have heard that moms who haven't pumped in awhile have difficulty with milk yield when baby is older which I think is the breasts not being used to this type of expression of milk. Barbara Latterner I forgot to mention that the baby had two frenotomies since birth and the mother is off dairy products and soy.
