Guest guest
I said the book was not too good. Ah, but did you look at the videos??? When you can see the exercises done it's a different thing altogether. I know I can't do very much on them yet because I'm so out of shape. I kept losing my balance and falling on my butt trying to do the hindu squats. If you watch them, you can see the exercises are a real work out. Even Furey is breathing hard by the end of the 15 minute program and really working up a sweat. The basic exercises are hard, but some of the auxiliary ones look even worse. I'm not big into exercises, but I think this program will help me. Oh, I looked at the videos, but while they did make the exercises clear, I wasn't especially impressed with them. They're calisthenics, and your opinion of them probably depends on your opinion of calisthenics and aerobics. They may or may not be the best way to go for some people, but calisthenics and aerobics are definitely not suitable for me. -
