Guest guest
Having never been to Australia, I can't know for sure but I've read that the baramundi is a good fish. If you know any native Aborigines that consume fish regularly, you might ask what fish they prefer. >Just wondering for australia what is the best types of unpolluted fish to >eat? > > > >For making stocks and or soups ect ect. > > > >Im looking to do small things for WD during the day ( like a little snack of >fish soup as part of undereating ) > > > >And also looking to get many vitamins out of the heads/bones ect > > > >But am weary of the fish and am wonder which ones to avoid ( like farmed >salmon for example ) > > > > > >

Guest guest
---- Original Message ----- From: Byron >Just wondering for australia what is the best types of unpolluted fish to >eat? , I've been told that Tasmanian Salmon is the best. As far as I know it's wild. Basically deep sea fish is the best. There are also some New Zealand deep sea fish that are safe but can't remember what they're called. You just need to talk to someone who's savvy about fish and fishing. We had a fish-nut working at Coles believe it or not. She knew them all and where they came from. ~ Filippa
