Guest guest
Hi, just wanted to say that I agree 100% with . Getting off on political arguements and one on one debates - debating a topic to death is a waste of my reading time and is putting so many posts in my box that I'm continually in danger of going over space. Everyday I have to run through topics and delete most of them without reading them due to arguing topics that don't have much to do with Native Nutrition. I don't want to not receive posts because when the sharing is good I learn so much from others experiences. Can this be remedied? That's what I do with all my groups; it makes it very easy to ignore them for long stretches if I want and then catch up very quickly... You can also use " expand messages " to scroll and skim through messages very quickly... I hardly ever pay attention to the political threads... BTW, if a new member joins and wants to skim the archives, it is hopeless unless the ****subject lines are accurate*****. Consideration of others' use of the archives is the best reason to make subject lines very suggestive and filled with useful key words... Can this be remedied? Yes, go to , preferences, and set this list to digest. That way, you will only receive one message instead of 25. Then you can join me in moaning and groaning about all those people who don't bother to TRIM their posts = Happy scrolling :-) and the K9's
