Guest guest
That was the good news I was praying for! MaC Debra wrote: I EMAILED HOLLY TO GET AN UPDATE ON JAN AND HERE IS HER REPLY. GOD BLESS, DEBRA Debra, I just got off the phone with Jan. She had to laugh at me. I am a registered nurse, and I do not share patient information without the patient's consent. I had to specifically ask her what information about her health that I can share, and also if the information can be passed on to her groups. Hence the laughing. She has granted permission for me to share with you. And you can pass this on to the group............. Jan had her pre-op appointment this past Tuesday, in preparation for her by-pass surgery that was scheduled for yesterday (Thursday.) However, at the appointment, it was discovered that she has a urinary infection. The doctor wants the infection cleared up before surgery. So her surgery was postponed. Wednesday, she developed chest pain, that was not relieved with nitro. She called 911. That is how she ended up in the hospital. It has been decided that her chest pain was related to dehydration, not a heart blockage. She had not been drinking her usual amount of liquids on Tuesday, since she was traveling for several hours in the car, to and from that pre-op appointment. Her condition for now is stable. It appears that she will be staying in the hospital until she can have the by-pass surgery. As of now, no date has been set for the by-pass surgery. I will let you know if I hear anything more. __________________________________________________
