Much thanks to Karina, Sue, and Sharon.

I do know what voie basse is, but i'd never seen

voie haute (i do much more OB than Gyn, and you

don't describe cesareans as voie haute, usually:-)

this is, as i said, a form for taking a history

before a hysteroscopic procedure, and illegible

besides, because of the layout. i don't think i

need to specify laparoscopic or laporotomic --

abdominal will do.

and if anyone wants to confirm that

macroprogestatifs are injectable/or implantable

progestagens, i'd also be grateful.

really hard to know if it's a laparoscopic approach (abdominal) or if the

surgeon is supposed to proceed to a laparotomy (or abdominal).
