By carrier, do you mean you have the active virus, but feel no symptoms? Just

because you had hepatitis B doesn't mean you're a carrier. I have hepatitis B in

1969 but my body cleared it, which is often the case with HBV. Unfortunately,

hepatitis C rode in piggyback on the B and I still have the C, which I'm

currently on treatment for.

There is no vaccine for hepatitis C. If you are a HBV carrier, then you need to

wear a condom every single time you have sex.

Here's some helpful websites.

thanks for ur mail..... yes, my HBsAg is positivie, that means i am a carrier

of Hep.B, isn't it? i know the fact before a year....but by God's grace, within

this yr i did not feel any kind of physical problem or any major sickness....as

far as i know the symptom of Hep. B are weakness, yellow colored urine etc....I

have to work hard in my professional life, but i don't remember i ever noticed

this type of symptoms....

As my hep. B is positive, is it possible for me to take the vaccine of Hep. C to

avoid the risk??

Again, my parents pressurize me to get married.......but before that i want to

know is it risky for a girl(even though she take the vaccine earlier) to marry a

person who is a carrier of Hep.B......What do you think??
