Guest guest Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 Hi my name is Tracey and I am a mum to 8 kids. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver chirrohsis 18 months ago. He also has kidney failure, anaemia and until just recently hep c which he looks to have cleared. He is currently having ascites taps every 2 weeks, and is having an endoscopy tomorrow as the specialist thinks his liver or upper gut may be bleeding as his blood count is so low. How long do you think he has left with us, he dont want to know and he doesnt want me to ask the doctors? And what should I expect in the coming months?
