Guest guest
luka didn’t do well folinic, folapro was even worse – manic is the word!... Fwiw don’t think the negatives had to do with folapro effects on homocysteine (as he does VERY well on TMG, which supposedly lowers it as well), more likely something do to with folapro involvement in dopamine metabolism, from what you just posted earlier on.... Btw makes me wonder if they tried folapro for parkinsons?? nx http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17522618?ordinalpos=1 & itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17522618?ordinalpos=1 & amp;itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum> I know Sam hasn't had a liver transplant but the last line says " the effects of L-5-MTHF are significantly more potent than folic acid itself " Sally
Guest guest
Ours was a weepy mess with folic/folinic/folapro. I'm certain I don't know as much about this as Natasa but since it created depression I always thought it had more to do with serotonin than dopamine which I associate with attention and pleasure seeking. She can now take them all without problem.
