Guest guest
I keep hitting plateaus and it seems to occur whenever I try harder than ever to restrict what I eat. I have been very aware of what I have been eating in relationship to the fluctuations on the scale and have found, the less I restrict what I eat, the more weight I lose; also, the more energy and motivation I gain. So folks, if you are exercising and not getting the results you seek, rethink what you are eating. Your body needs energy to jumpstart the metabolism and will go into hibernation mode if not eating enough. Barb who after plateauing another 2 weeks while restricting some carbs dropped another 4 pounds in two days when eating almost whatever I wanted & this is the second time I have charted this phenomenon
